Product prices are included in the product description of each product. VAT is included in our prices. Tax specification is shown in the shopping basket and order confirmation.

Ways to pay

In our e-shop orders are paid by web payment or credit card. Both ways to pay are secured, safe and fast.

Payment service provider
Paytrail Oyj (2122839-7) acts as an implementer of the payment handling service and as a Payment Service Provider. Paytrail Oyj will be shown as the recipient in the invoice and Paytrail Oyj will forward the payment to the merchant.
Paytrail Oyj is an authorized Payment Institution. For reclamations, please contact the website you made your payment to.

American Express card holders: please choose "PayPal" to carry on with your payment.

Netbanks
Paytrail Oyj (FI2122839) provides netbank related payment transfer services in co-operation with Finnish banks and credit institutions. For consumer the service works exactly the same way as traditional web payments.

 

After successful payment process, the order is transferred to our dispatch department for shipping.

 

Delivery charge in Finland

Delivery charge in Finland is EUR 6 and it is automatically added to the total value of the order. If the order value is at least EUR 100 Euros, we do not charge for the delivery.

Delivery charge outside Finland

Delivery charge in EU (outside Finland) is EUR 18 and outside EU area EUR 35. The charge is automatically added to the total value of the order when choosing the country where the delivery will take place.

Delivery

We ship the products as a postal packet as soon as possible, most often already in 1-3 days after having received the order. Small deliveries will be shipped as letters. If you have given us your Finnish mobile number, Itella Oyj (Finnish Post) will send you an SMS message when your package is arrived to your local post office (in Finland) and can be picked up. If we do not have your mobile number, you will receive an advice of arrival in normal post. International carriers will act according to their own procedures.

If any of the products you ordered is run out in our warehouse, we will contact you.

The right to return / change products

You have the right to return or change any of our standard products in 14 days' time.  Do return the product by post economy. The product you want to return must be unused and unaltered. When you return any products, remember to attach a note that tells your contact information, bank account number for getting back the sum you paid, and preferably the reason for returning the product(s) (this is not compulsory).  If you wish to change a product to another one, please give detailed information on that.

If your order included products with custom embroidery (so called tailored products), those products cannot be replaced or returned.

Reclamations

If the product you received is faulty, you can of course make a claim of the product and send the faulty product to us by economy post. In the same time, please inform whether you want to return the product and get your money back or need a replacement for the product. In order to be able to return your money we ask you to give your IBAN bank account number.  In any case, please email us about the reclamation before sending the goods.
